PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing the vibration of the grip section of an auxiliary handle used for hand-held working tool which is held by a worker. SOLUTION: The grip section 121 comprises one or more arm sections 123 extending in the direction crossing the major axis direction of the grip section 121. The base section 115 of a mounting section 111 and the extending end section 125 of the arm section 123 are arranged parallel to the major axis direction of the grip section 121. The base section 115 of the mounting section 111 and the extending end sections 125 of the arm section 123 are tightened by a bolt 131 extending therethrough and a nut 133, and the mounting section 111 holds a working tool body. An elastic area 141 for vibration control is formed in at least one of the mounting section 111, the base section 115, and the extending end section 125 of the arm section 123.
