PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device preventing reevaporation of condensate in a sealed vessel by promptly making liquid flow from a liquid inflow opening into the sealed vessel when an exhaust valve is opened and an air supply valve is closed. SOLUTION: The air supply valve 20 is provided in an operating vapor introducing port 11, the exhaust valve 21 is provided in an operating vapor exhaust port 13, a liquid inflow opening on-off valve 19 is provided in the liquid inflow opening 16, and a pumping side check valve 67, allowing only a fluid flow to a pumping destination, is provided in a liquid discharge opening 17. A float 3 and a snap mechanism 5 are built into the sealed vessel 2. The snap mechanism 5 has a float arm 51, a sub arm 52, and a coil spring 54. The liquid inflow opening on-off valve 19 is coupled to the sub arm 52. The liquid inflow opening on-off valve 19 is opened when the exhaust valve 21 is opened and the air supply valve 20 is closed, and the liquid inflow opening on-off valve 19 is closed when the exhaust valve 21 is closed and the air supply valve 20 is opened.
