The arrangement has a sealing disk (7) consisting of rubber-type material and arranged on a base (5) of a sealing stopper (4). The disk has a centric hole whose diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of a guided protection tube (8), in a tension-less condition. A circular seal (10) is arranged between an exterior side of a building wall (1) and a base circular surface. A tube (17) is tightly connected with the stopper and runs via a bore hole (3) and beyond the hole, where the tube is fixable at a building inner side by a clamping device.
