PURPOSE: An automatic inspection apparatus for finished goods is provided to inspect that the inner diameter of a hole is within a tolerance and to easily management inspectors. CONSTITUTION: An automatic inspection apparatus for finished goods comprises a tool holder(13) and a hole measurement gauge(11). The tool holder is installed in a machining center. The hole measurement gauge is installed in the tool holder. The hole measurement gauge is inserted into the hole. The machining center accurately controls the location of the tool holder in which the hole measurement gauge is installed. The hole measurement gauge comprises a cylinder(21), a piston(18), a spring(20), a piston rod(19), measurement head parts(15,16) and a stopper(17). The piston is installed inside the cylinder and slides within the cylinder. The stopper is formed on the backend of the measurement head part in the columnar direction.
