PURPOSE: A rechargeable battery is provided to reduce manufacturing time and to improve productivity by improving a permeation rate of an electrode assembly. CONSTITUTION: A rechargeable battery(1000) comprises an electrode assembly(100); a can(200) accommodating the electrode assembly, where an opening is formed at one end; a cap assembly closing the opening of can; and an insulating case(400) which is accommodated inside the can and inserted between the cap assembly and electrode assembly. |
