<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent useless increase in page number when adding a document element to an existing print format document. <P>SOLUTION: An addition destination document acquisition part 21 acquires a document element to be added to a print format document, and an addition object element acquisition part 22 acquires a print format document that is an addition destination of the document element. A determination part 23 compares the size of the blank at the tail end of the final page in the print format document of the adding destination with the size of the document element to be added to determine whether the document element to be added can be arranged in the blank at the tail end of the final page, an arrangement part 24 arranges the document element to be added in the blank at the tail end of the final page when the determination part 23 determines that the document element can be arranged, and adds a page to the last of the final page, when the determination part 23 determines that the document element cannot be arranged, to arrange the document element to be added in the added page, and an output part 25 outputs the print format document with the document element disposed therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
