<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly charge a power storage means by an external power supply after an air conditioner is operated when a system of a vehicle is in an off state. <P>SOLUTION: When pre-air-conditioning is requested in a state where a charging circuit is connected to a charger outside a vehicle when the system of the vehicle is in an off state, pre-air-conditioning is executed by an air conditioner using power from a high-voltage battery (S100-S140), then, a depolarization time Tm of the high-voltage battery elapses in a state where charging using the power from the external power supply is not executed (S150-S180), a more exact power storage amount SOC based on a voltage Vb between terminals of the high-voltage battery is set, and the high-voltage battery is re-charged up to a target power storage amount by using a usual rate I1 larger than a high power storage rate I2 (S190-S220).
