<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lubricity between an engaging piece and a rolling surface of inner-outer rings, without impairing torque capacity. <P>SOLUTION: This one-way clutch includes a plurality of sprags 3 arranged in the peripheral direction between the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2, and an elastic member 5 for energizing its respective sprags 3 in the direction for engaging with an inner peripheral surface 1a of the outer ring 1 and an outer peripheral surface 2a of the inner ring 2. A cam surface of the sprags 3 is formed with a plurality of very small dimples 10 having the function of improving the lubricity between its cam surface and the inner peripheral surface 1a or the outer peripheral surface 2a, and not reducing torque capacity in engagement. Thus, the dimple of not reducing the torque capacity in engagement is set to about severalμm in its size, and is desirably set to 1μm or less in the maximum depth. Such a very small dimple 10 does not extremely reduce the contact area of an engaging part, without reducing the torque capacity, while improving the lubricity by holding lubricating oil in its dimple 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
