<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of caulking the coupling fitting for hoses with which a pushing die for caulking is driven by one driving mechanism even when it is made so that caulking the other end side in the axial direction of the caulking fitting after caulking one end side in the axial direction of the coupling fitting. <P>SOLUTION: Since the pushing die 10 is made so as to be tilted in the axial direction of the coupling fitting 1 so that a second pressing part 12 is brought into press-contact with the coupling fitting 1 after moving the pushing die 10 toward the inside in the radial direction of the coupling fitting 1 so that only a first pressing part 11 is brought into press-contact with the coupling fitting 1, the caulking on one end side in the axial direction of the coupling fitting 1 by one driving mechanism composed of a rotating plate 30 and a cylinder 40 is performed, thereafter the pushing die 10 can be driven so as to performing the caulking on the other end side in the axial direction of the caulking fitting 1, and the structure can be simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
