<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficiency enhancement support method for a supply chain, capable of preventing a production delay by shortage of a material and delivery delay by deficiency of product inventory, even when a sales plan fluctuation of abrupt sales number increase exceeding a sales fluctuation estimated in an initial stage is generated, and capable of minimizing a disposal loss of the dedicated material in a time point when a product life is terminated. <P>SOLUTION: A consumption is predicted in a residual life cycle of a product, while estimating the case where an expanded sales fluctuation is generated exceeding the sales fluctuation estimated in the initial stage, simulation is carried out by a supply chain model added with an ordered lot number of a dedicated component, a material unit price in the ordered lot number, and a delivery lead time, to procurement of the material, and a safe inventory number and a procurement condition of the dedicated material are calculated not to generate the product shortage when the expanded sales fluctuation is generated, and to minimize the disposal loss of the dedicated material in the time point of the EOL (End Of Life).
