<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method and program for business negotiation capable of performing business negotiation on a network, and to provide a computer readable medium storing the program. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic business negotiation system (100) for performing business negotiation regarding the sale and purchase of a merchandise or a service on a network comprises merchandise supplier terminals (10), purchaser terminals (20), a business negotiation mediating device (40) for mediating business negotiation between the merchandise supplier terminal and the purchaser terminal, and a network (30) for connecting them. The business negotiation mediating device comprises a pair matching means for pair matching the supplier terminal to supply specific merchandise or service with the purchaser terminal, desiring to purchase the merchandise or service, and a business negotiation site creating means for creating a business negotiation site for the pair matched supplier terminal and purchaser terminal to perform business negotiation thereon.
