<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new and valid information to a user even under circumstances in which a display region is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: This menu creation system in which the display position of a menu associated with information to be provided by an information provider, and specified from the menu list of an Internet connection service to be provided by using a portable telephone network is determined on the basis of a bid price from the information provider, includes: a mobile communication center 3 for managing the information to be provided from the information provider, and for distributing the menu list in response to a request from the portable telephone set 1; and an auction system 4 having a bid/successful bid processing part 42 for performing auction processing of the display position of the menu on the basis of the bid price from the information provider, a rearrangement processing part 43 for rearranging the display position of the menu according to the bid result by the auction processing; and a data reflection processing part 44 for reflecting the display position of the menu rearranged by the rearrangement processing part 43 on the menu list. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
