PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for not detecting disconnection in the case of intentional disconnection in a network.

SOLUTION: This communication system is provided with: a communication device 110 constituted so as to detect the disconnection of a communication path in a center device 160 by transmitting predetermined data to the center device 160; and a SIP server 140 which performs call control between the center device 160 and the communication device 110, wherein the communication device 110 transmits information indicating that the communication path in the network is cut to the center device 160 before the communication path is cut.
