<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit for a floor heating device capable of surely preventing the inside of a housing from being set on fire and preventing intrusion of small animals, with respect to the outdoor unit of the floor heating device for circulating the temperature conditioning water among floor temperature conditioning panels laid on a floor of a living room through piping. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This outdoor unit 1 of the floor heating device has the housing 51 having connecting sections 4, 6 to which the piping 3 for circulating the temperature conditioning water 8 among the plurality of floor temperature conditioning panels 2, is connected, inside thereof, and provided with a takeout port 51a for taking out the piping 3 connected with the connecting sections 4, 6 to the external, a piping pressing plate 58 disposed around the takeout port 51a to allow the piping 3 to pass therethrough, and a cover member 59 disposed around the takeout port 51a and covering the cutout port 51a with the piping pressing plate 58. The piping pressing plate 58 has cutout sections 60, 61 of different sizes, and the cover member 59 is constituted to close the cutout section through which the piping is not passed, of the cutout sections 60, 61.
