<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device capable of emitting laser beams with multiple different wavelengths by one device, wherein reflectances for the laser beams with multiple wavelengths at the light emission end face are adjusted highly flexibly so that they are set to be specified values. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Multiple waveguides 1 and 2 are formed in a semiconductor laser device main body 3 for each of different multiple wavelengths. An end face coat film 4 formed at the light emission end face 3a of the semiconductor laser device main body 3 is formed such that its film thickness, film quality, and number of laminations differ for each of the multiple waveguides 1 and 2 to have specified reflectances for the laser beams of multiple wavelengths emitted from the light emission end face 3a.
