<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concretely display an error part of an optical disk. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control part 11 resets a count value CT obtained from an encoder 15E at a track start position TS associated with a character string start position CS, converts address information AD into radius position information PD about an error part EP, generates angle information PA with a start line LS as reference on the basis of the count value CT, and makes the radius position information PD and the angle information PA as one set of error part information IEP with an error level information EL, superimposes an index image DC representing a character string C and an error part image DE indicating the position of the error part EP on a disk image DD to generate an error map image DEM, and concretely presents a part where the error occurs with the character string start position CS that is visually recognized by a user as an index by displaying the error map image DEM.
