<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cassette capable of preventing image defects due to peeling of an adhesive material occurring when the cassette deforms according to a photographing condition or the like, while suppressing an increase in weight even in the case of providing a complicated mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The medical cassette includes a front member 10 and a back member 10 facing the front member and stores an image recording medium 28 therein. The front member includes a frame member disposed on the outer periphery thereof, at least one carbon fiber layer where many carbon fiber filaments are arrayed in one direction is inserted into a thermosetting resin, and then, the front member and the frame member are integrally molded from the thermosetting resin by injection molding or injection press molding.
