<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball spline for smoothly circulating balls. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ball spline includes: a spline shaft 1 formed with a plurality of straight spline grooves 4 extending in the axial direction in the outer peripheral surface thereof; a spline nut 2, through which the spline shaft 1 passes, formed with a ball circulation passage corresponding to the spline groove 4 of the spline shaft 1; and a plurality of balls 3 arranged in the ball circulation passage of the spline nut 2. The spline nut 2 includes a nut body 5 having a spline groove 7 forming a main passage 10 corresponding to the spline groove 4 of the spline shaft 1. An end of the spline groove 7 of the nut body 5 is chamfered by a first chamfered part 12, and an outer diameter side of the first chamfered part 12 is chamfered by a second chamfered part 13 so that a distance from a boundary 14 between the first chambered part 12 and the second chamfered part 13 to a connection part forming surface 15 becomes 15% or less of the diameter of the ball 3.
