<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and an installation tool for preventing a form of a light-weight steel pipe from displacement and enhancing horizontality and stability in installation of the form of the light-weight steel pipe while a space for embedding a post-constructed anchor bolt can correctly be placed in a position as planned in a concrete foundation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The construction method, which prevents the form 20 of the light-weight steel pipe used in post-construction of the concrete foundation from displacement, is composed of the following steps: a step for arranging the form 20 of the light-weight steel pipe in a prescribed position, a step for detachably mounting the form 20 of the light-weight steel pipe on an undisplaceable tool 1, a step for attaching the undisplaceable tool 1 on a concrete form 40 of the concrete foundation, a step for casting the concrete in the concrete form 40 excluding the inner part of the form 20 of the light-weight steel pipe, and a step for removing the undisplaceable tool 1 from the form 20 of the light-weight steel pipe and the concrete form 40 after the concrete is hardened.
