<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage receiver for receiving water drained from a drain valve, and to provide a water meter unit with the drainage receiver, for cold climate areas. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The drainage receiver 1a functions to support a water stop valve, a water meter, and the drain valve, and to receive drainage by draining. The drainage receiver is formed like a substantial recess, and provided with a water receiving portion 11 having a drain port 114 formed therein. Further the water receiving portion 11 has formed thereon a water stop valve support portion 12 for supporting the water stop valve, a water meter support portion 13 for supporting the water meter, and a drain valve support portion 14 for supporting the drain valve in this order in a downstream direction.
