<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff holder with which a wearer can appropriately layer garments. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cuff holder 1 holds cuffs 22 of a garment 23 at a prescribed position, and includes a web holding part 2 being held at a web 21, and cuff holding parts 3 connected to the web holding part 2 and held at the cuffs 22 of the garment 23. In the structure of the cuff holder, the web holding part 2 is formed of a cable member 9, and the cuff holding part 3 is provided at the end part of the cable member 9 so as to adjust the length of the cable member 9 from a position on which the web 21 abuts, to the cuff holding part 3 by a length adjuster 8 provided at an intermediate part of the cable member 9.
