PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a spiral tube provided with a distal connection part which does not require bonding for mounting to a mounting tool. SOLUTION: A hose 1 composed of a smooth tubular wall 2 and a rib 3 spirally wound on the smooth tubular wall 2 includes one or more duct parts 4 and one or more connection part 5. In the connection part 5, the rib 3 is spirally wound with a narrower pitch than in the duct part 4.
