PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having a good balance in transparency, heat resistance, impact resistance, and rigidity and a good color tone, or its molding. SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by dispersing particles of a graft copolymer in an imide-modified substance obtained by treating a copolymer comprising 60-99 mass% of a (meth)acrylate monomer unit and 40-1 mass% of an aromatic vinyl compound monomer unit with an imidization agent. The imide-modified substance contains 20-90 mass% of an imide unit. The ratio of the imide-modified substance to the graft copolymer is 60-99 pts.mass to 40-1 pts.mass (wherein, the total of the imide-modified substance and the graft copolymer is 100 pts.mass).
