The device has a compressed cushion part (5) arranged in a neck area of a human i.e. pilot. Another compressed cushion part (4) is connected with the cushion part (5) over a pressure line (6) and arranged at a sitting surface (2) of a seat (1), such that the cushion part (4) displaces fluid i.e. air, of the cushion part (4) and guides the fluid into the cushion part (5) over the pressure line during applying of the weight of the human on the cushion part (5) and during sudden pressure effects on the human.
