PURPOSE: An LED lamp using a light guide plate is provided to uniformly diffuse an LED light by using a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED devices is mounted to an inner side of a pair of circuit boards. A light guide plate(60) is inserted between the circuit boards, and induces a light emitted from the LED device mounted to the circuit board. A reflector is attached to a top side of the light guide plate, and reflects a light leaked from the light guide plate. A diffusion cover(30) of a semi-cylindrical shape diffuses the light passing the light guide plate. A heat dissipation cover(20) receives the circuit boards, the light guide plate, and the reflector, and is coupled with the diffusion cover. A plurality of heat dissipation pins is included to an outer circumference of the heat dissipation cover. A pair of power pins connected to the circuit boards is attached to a finishing cap.
