PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided, which makes a door opened smoothly by selectively flowing external air into a storage room through a simple drain valve. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a storage room, an evaporator, an exhaust flow path, and a drain valve. The evaporator forms cool air supplied to the storage room. The exhaust flow path discharges defrosting water generated from the evaporator. In order to discharge the defrosting water and to selectively control inflow of the external air, the drain valve is connected to the exhaust flow path. The drain valve comprises a pipe member(20) and a pair of opening and closing members(30). The tube member forms a chimney passage communicating with the exhaust flow path. The opening and closing member opens the chimney passage by pressure of the external air. |
