METHOD FOR DERIVATION OF PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS USING EMBRYONIC STEM CELL EXTRACT AND PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS PRODUCED BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for inducing pluripotent stem cells using extract of embryonic stem cells is provided to induce pluripotent stem cells from adult-differentiated somatic cell and develop for cell therapeutic agent having immune compatibility. CONSTITUTION: A method for inducing pluripotent stem cells comprises: a step of isolating protein from embryonic stem cell; a step of injecting the protein extract to adult cells; and a step of culturing the cells and producing the cell like embryonic stem cell. The concentration of the protein extract is 20-30 mg/ml. The embryonic stem cells are cultured in a DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) medium containing 10% of FBS(fetal bovine serum), 0.1Mm MEM(minimum essential medium) non necessary amino acid, 0.1mM of beta-mercaptoethanol, 100U/ml penicillin, 100ug/ml streptomycin, and 20 ng/ml LIF(leukemia inhibitory factor).
