FLEXIBLE REFLECTIVE DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A flexible reflective type display device is provided to make the first electrode made of carbon nano tubes which are consecutively connected reflect external light to improve a contrast ratio, thereby making an image clearer. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(15) is placed on a substrate. The first electrode(70) is electrically connected to the TFT, is made of carbon nano tubes, reflects external light to display black color. The carbon nano tubes are consecutively connected. An electrophoresis layer(100) is on the first electrode. The second electrode(150) is on the electrophoresis layer. The first electrode has transmittance of 0-50% about the external light.
