<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking device for detecting the open state of a door with high accuracy without being restricted by space around a hook and facilitating setting in assembling. <P>SOLUTION: The door locking device includes a ratchet control means 12f and a detecting means. The ratchet control means holds a ratchet 13 in a latching position in each of the open state of the door in which the hook 12 is located in a striker release position, and the totally closed state of the door in which the hook is located in a striker holding position, and regulates turning of the hook 12 into the striker release position by engagement between an engaging part of the hook 12 and the ratchet 13 in the totally closed state of the door. When performing door opening operation from the totally closed state, the ratchet control means turns the ratchet 13 from the latching position into an unlatching position to release engagement with the hook 12, and then returns the ratchet 13 into the latching position when the hook 12 reaches the striker release position. When the door opening operation is performed, the detecting means detects door opening by the return of the ratchet 13 into the latching position from the unlatching position by the ratchet control means 12f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
