<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution server, a network load distribution method and a congestion avoidance method for performing optimal route distribution control, in a network configuration that turns devices/paths redundant by a plurality of routers in between, from a client to a server. <P>SOLUTION: A load distribution server includes: a transmitting/receiving unit for transmitting/receiving traffic; a congestion state management unit for taking statistics of traffic information on the basis of management information based (MIB) information which is periodically collected from routers upon receipt of a path set-up request from a client; a data unit storing Internet protocol (IP) address information of routers and a job server constituting a network; a distribution destination determination unit for determining optimal distribution destinations, on the basis of items of the data unit; and a transmission processing unit for notifying the client regarding the determination result of the distribution destination determination unit via the transmitting/receiving unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
