PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a communication when a radar signal is detected during the communication with other radio communication devices in an infrastructure mode. SOLUTION: When the radio communication device capable of directly performing the communication with other radio communication devices performs the communication via an access point, communication setting information when the communication is directly performed with other radio communication devices without interposing the access point is shared. When the radar signal is detected during the communication with other radio communication devices via the access point, the communication is directly performed with other radio communication devices based on the shared communication setting information.
