<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-foaming and molding method of a foamed article capable of stably manufacturing the foamed article having a highly qualified surface without a gas-like mark called a swirl mark. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the injection-molding method of obtaining a resin-molded article having a foamed structure in the inside and a non-foamed surface by injecting a foamable resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and a chemical foaming agent into a mold, before the initiation of injection of the foamable resin composition the surface of the mold is heated to a temperature 65°C or more higher than the load deflection temperature of the thermoplastic resin and the injection is started while the temperature is maintained; and after the initiation of the injection the mold is cooled so that the surface of the mold may become 40°C or more lower than the load deflection temperature of the thermoplastic resin at the time of completion of the injection.
