<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter obtained by arranging a ground-leveling rotor at the front side of a float sliding on a field, and enabling the seedling-transplanting depth of a seedling-transplanting part to be equalized by devising a controlling method when regulating controlling sensitivities of right and left rolling and ground-based height of the seedling-transplanting part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter equipped with the seedling-transplanting part having the ground-leveling rotor and the float at the rear part of a traveling car body, and controlling the rolling and the lifting and lowering of the seedling-transplanting part by controlling a rolling motor and a hydraulic electromagnetic valve for lifting and lowering by the right and left slope of the seedling-transplanting part detected by a horizontal sensor, and the front and rear slope of the field surface detected by a float attack angle sensor is equipped with a sensitivity-regulating means for regulating the sensitivity of the controlling action to the signal detected by each sensor so that when the sensitivity-regulating means is regulated so as to be insensitive, the height-regulating amount may be smaller than the standard one.
