<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a waste heat recovery device from bursting due to an increase of the internal pressure of a working fluid, and to avoid the leakage of a heated fluid to the outside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A recirculation control valve 6 for opening and closing a flow path through which the condensed working fluid recirculates to an evaporation section 1 is provided at the downstream side of a condensation section 2. The recirculation control valve 6 is configured to be closed when the internal pressure of the working fluid exceeds are determined first pressure P1. A relief valve 8 for discharging the working fluid into the atmosphere when the internal pressure of the working fluid exceeds predetermined third pressure P3 is provided in a closed loop-like flow path.
