PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop/provide a water resistance-durability enhancement sound absorption undercover for an automobile capable of being uniformly molded in molding using a resin layer superposed with a span bond non-woven fabric, making sound absorption performance of large sound prevention effect and surface water repellent compatible and attaining enhancement of a chipping property. SOLUTION: On a composite material including a fibrous material such as GFPP material and a foaming agent, the resin layer of the non-woven fabric and a resin layer and a film in which MI values at a body side and a road surface side are set to predetermined numerical values respectively are stuck/provided.
