PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner is provided, which improves performance of a fan by minimizing flux loss by minutely controlling relative location of a bell mouth and a fan. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner comprises a motor, a fan(22), a motor bracket(50), a bell mouth(40). The fan is driven by the motor. The motor bracket supports the motor. The bell mouth guides the air exhausted by the fan. The motor bracket is installed to bell mouth. At least a part of the fan is located at the inside space of bell mouth.
