<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a mobile device and a desk-top holder apparatus which can receive both one-seg and full-seg terrestrial digital broadcasting, it is troublesome for a user to switch between a one-seg mode and a full-seg mode, while a B-CAS card required for full-seg reception is too large to build in a mobile device, so that there are restrictions on the structure of a mobile device. <P>SOLUTION: The desk-top holder apparatus is provided with an IC card slot, a B-CAS card is provided on the side of the desk-top holder apparatus, and operation mode of one-seg and full-seg is controlled according to the charge/discharge state of a battery or the acquisition state of B-CAS card information when terrestrial broadcasting is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
