<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit facilitating integration and including impedance matching circuits adaptive to a plurality of frequency bands. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes: external connection terminals OUT, /OUT; first and second amplifiers 1077, 1078; and first and second matching circuits 1091 1092. The amplifiers 1077, 1078 amplifies first and second input signals Vin1, Vin 2 with first and second frequencies. The matching circuits 1091, 1092 supply the outputs of the amplifiers 1077, 1078 to the external connection terminals. An external circuit 124 is connectable to the external connection terminals. The matching circuits 1091, 1092 include reactance elements Ls1, Ls2, so as to allow the output impedance Zout to match with the input impedance Zin of the external circuit 124. When the first input signal is transmitted, one and the other of the first and second amplifiers are controlled to be activated and deactivated states.
