<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering of an oil component from a tension balancer for an overhead line caused by the infiltration of rainwater. <P>SOLUTION: In the tension balancer 100 for the overhead line which supports the laid overhead line, while imparting tension thereto, a portion having a clearance into which the rainwater is liable to intrude is covered with a waterproof cover 500. As a result of this, the intrusion of the rainwater into the tension balancer 100 for the overhead line can be prevented, and the scattering of the oil component separated from grease to the outside caused by the infiltration of rainwater can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
