<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact high frequency device. <P>SOLUTION: A metallic case body 21 having an opening on one side and a board 22 provided so as to cover the opening of the case body 21 are provided, a conductive part 22a is formed, in such a way as to close the opening part on the surface of the board 22; a filter 13 is formed by connecting near a tip part and the conductive part 22a on the opening side in the case body 21; and a high frequency circuit is formed on the other side of the board 22. Thus, one face of the board 22 is provided so as to close the opening part of the case body 21, and an electronic component 26 is mounted on the reverse side of the board 22, so that the compact high frequency device is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
