<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring system which simplifies component parts and control programs as much as possible to determine integrity of the plant and the plant equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This plant monitoring system includes an acceleration sensor 2 installed in the plant equipment 41 to measure information on the plant equipment 41, a recorder 3 equipped with wireless communication function for recording measurement information from the acceleration sensor 2, a base station 4 which provides wireless communication with the recorder 3, and a monitor 5 connected with the base station 4 to monitor condition of the plant equipment 41 or the plant 40 based on the measurement information for the plant equipment 41 recorded in the recorder 3. Further the monitor 5 includes a filter part 18 for passing measurement information of the acceleration sensor 2 through the desired frequency range, and a simple determination processor 19 which computes an evaluated value from component of the measurement information of the acceleration sensor 2 passed through the filter part 18 and then compares this evaluated value with simple determination threshold value to primarily determine condition of the plant equipment 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
