PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of enhancing the efficiency of a power plant by recovering waste heat generated by an auxiliary cooling system. SOLUTION: The system may include a condensate loop 177 and a heat recovery loop 230. These loops 177, 230 may integrate the auxiliary cooling system of a gas turbine 100 with a waste heat recovery boiler 165 of the power plant.
