摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reembedding method of a slice for microscopic observation capable of improving efficiency and allowing an organism cell to be observed quickly in a method for embedding a thick slice in resin again and then slicing it again to obtain a thin slice and observing it by an electron microscope. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reembedding method of a slice for microscopic observation includes: a first process for thickly slicing a sample 11 embedded into resin where an organism cell 13 has been embedded into resin for manufacturing a thick slice 14; a second process for placing the thick slice 14 on slide glass 15 for drying; a third process for preparing a capsule 17 for storing the resin 16, and turning over the slide glass 15 for aligning the thick slice 14 to an upper portion of the capsule 17 for storing the resin 16; a fourth process for heating and waiting until the resin 16 in the capsule 17 is hardened and reembedding the thick slice 14 into the resin 16; and a fifth process for separating the capsule 17 from the slide glass 15 with the resin and slicing a sample block where the thick slice 14 has been reembedded so that it can be observed by an electron microscope.
