<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method of a mounting bracket on a base material of a molded ceiling in which the non-permeability of a back side material of the molded ceiling is not impaired. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a mounting bracket 8 is fixed to a vehicular molded ceiling 11 in which a surface side material 6 and a back side material 5 formed of a thermoplastic resin are layered on a base material 4, a hot-melt type adhesive 7 in a melted state is coated on the back side material 5, and after a part of the back side material 5 in contact with the adhesive 7 is melted, the mounting bracket 8 is pressed from the upper side of the adhesive 7.
