<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous cement mortar wood plywood composite which improves shortcomings of convenient emergency indications based on plastic luminous products or luminous tiles by paving the floor of an emergency route, etc. with a luminous cement mortar so as to emit light immediately after extinction and indicate level differences and the width of the floor and the direction of escape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The luminous cement plywood composite consists of a luminous mortar cement formed by keeping on stirring and mixing a raw cement comprising e.g. a luminous pigment and a white cement with water until the material becomes a homogeneous dispersion and integrating the luminous mortar cement with a wood plywood 1.
