<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method to secure heat insulation around an insertion hole in a case when a supporting member is penetrated and disposed in the insertion hole penetrating through a structure of a constant temperature storehouse. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the constant temperature storehouse in which an indoor temperature is controlled within a certain range, heat insulation is secured between a connecting member 6 connected with a supported member 5 penetrating through the insertion hole 7 formed on the structure 1 integrated with a heat insulating material 2, and positioned at an indoor side of the structure 1 and the structure 1. A cylindrical formwork member 8 opened at its structure 1 side, closed at an opposite side, and partially having an injection port, is disposed around the connecting member 6 penetrating through the insertion hole 7 and exposed to an outdoor side of the structure 1, and an expandable heat insulating material 9 is filled inside of the formwork member 8 and the insertion hole 7.
