<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for carrying a casting by which a casting can easily be taken out from a mold and carried to a predetermined place with a compact and simple configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a molten metal 6 is charged to a mold 1, in a state where the lower edge part of a lifting anchor bolt 4 is inserted into the molten metal 6 of a gate-riser part cavity 3b, when the molten metal 6 is solidified, the lower edge part of the lifting anchor bolt 4 is fixed to the casting, a lifting wire 10 is locked to the lifting anchor bolt 4 projected from the casting, and the casting is lifted, thus is taken out from the opened mold 1 and is carried to the predetermined place.
