PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring device capable of measuring easily and accurately an arc provided on a corner part of the outline or the like of a measuring object. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a display means 332 for displaying an image acquired by an imaging element, a designation accepting means 333 for accepting designation of an edge detection domain including a prescribed edge part of the measuring object on the image, a coordinate value acquisition means 334 for acquiring a coordinate value of an edge point in the edge detection domain, a straight line part specification means 51 for specifying two straight line parts based on the coordinate value of the edge point on the two straight line parts in succession to an arc across the arc, a median specification means 52 for specifying a median for bisecting an angle formed by crossing of each prolongation of the two straight line parts and including the arc, an arc specification means 335 for specifying the arc based on an intersection point or the like including an intersection point specification means 53 for specifying an intersection point where the median crosses the arc, and a shape magnification conversion means 336 for converting the shape of the specified arc with a magnification of a light receiving lens.
