<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently support a load from a front axle case, and to ensure the amount of vertical movement required for a pivot frame and suspension function. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rear part of the pivot frame 4 is vertically pivotably supported on a front part of a vehicle body 2 around a support shaft 5 in a left/right direction, and the front axle case 6 for suspending a front wheel 26 is left/right pivotably supported on the pivot frame around a center shaft 7 in a longitudinal direction. A steering cylinder 34 for the front wheel 26 is provided on the front axle case 6, and right and left suspension cylinders 8 is provided between a front frame 3 and the pivot frame 4. The steering cylinder 34 is arranged on a front surface of the front axle case 6 and the right and left suspension cylinders 8 are arranged at portions neighboring to a back surface.
