The method involves forming multiplexed CODEC data packets and correction code. The code represents a code of a predetermined data packet in a time section retroactive to another time section by a time interval corresponding to predetermined frame number. The CODEC data packets are received as a data packet group. When discarding of a data packet occurs the data is reconstructed based on the correction code.
